
The provision of automated external defibrillators (AED’s) in workplaces to assist in the prevention of sudden cardiac death should be considered. Using an AED defibrillator is one of the vital links in the “chain of survival”. This course is essential for all health care providers.

This course is classroom based it is highly interactive with role-playing and practical exercises to reinforce understanding and learning.
While pens and paper will be supplied, participants are free to bring their own. Participants should wear comfortable clothing for practical activities.

A maximum of 12 per course.
Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive a certificate in IHF defibrillator training.
