This course is essential for anyone wishing to register as an EMT under the Pre – Hospital Emergency Care Council. This course is recognised by PHECC as a level 4 practitioner course.

Learning Outcomes:

This Course is Designed For:
Anyone wishing to pursue a career in the emergency services
Training Methodology:
This course is classroom based and it is highly interactive with role-playing playing and practical exercises to reinforce the participants understanding and learning. Students will also undertake a minimum of 40 hours clinical placement (observation) in order to prepare completely for working in emergency services.
What to Bring to the Course:
While pens and paper will be supplied, participants are free to bring their own.

120 hours classroom based learning (19 days)
40 hours clinical placement
Participants:
A maximum of 12 per course.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a (NQEMT) National Qualification in Emergency Medical Technology.
